Gaeilge inár Saol
Written and read by Molly Nic Céile.
Published and commissioned by Hachette.
This is Molly’s second book which expands on her first one, Gaeilge i Mo Chroí. If you feel you’re grasping the basics of the language, Gaeilge inár Saol is a great way to continue that journey. Those familiar with Molly’s style of teaching will know that she always brings humour and practicality to her lessons, and this audiobook was no exception. Plus, it was recorded back-to-back with her previous audiobook, so there’s a comforting sense of continuity spanning both works.
As Molly is both author and voiceover artist, she knows exactly what she’s doing here and you can hear that in the relaxing way she reads these audiobooks, which in turn is a lovely way to learn. Again, we had the best production and post-production crew with Rose at Hachette working on the extensive audiobook mark-up, Emma Mills editing the audio, and Feena Tóibín, lecturer in Modern Irish at University College, Cork, proofing the finished product to ensure all was present and correct. So if you are on that Gaeilge language train, I hope Gaeilge inár Saol helps you on the next stage of your journey.
